1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any paid CatchLume plan. The guarantee covers initial purchases only, not renewals. Contact us within 14 days for a full refund if you're unsatisfied.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals aren't automatically covered by the guarantee. You may cancel any time to prevent future charges. If a renewal caught you by surprise, reach out, we look at these case by case and aim to be fair.
3. Prepaid credit packs
Pay-as-you-go credit packs are refundable only if they are unused. Once you have started spending credits from a pack, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund. Unused credits can be refunded within a reasonable period.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@shakvaro.com with your purchase email and order/receipt number, or
- Contact Paddle directly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Refunds typically appear within several business days.
5. Abuse of the policy
We reserve the right to decline refunds for abuse of this policy, including consuming services and then requesting refunds, or fraudulent activity.
