1. Our stance

Shakvaro builds tools for legitimate, permission-based work. We do not support spam, unsolicited outreach, or any use that harms recipients. Accounts that break the rules below may be suspended or terminated without refund.

2. CatchLume: permission-based email only

CatchLume is an email deliverability and list-hygiene tool designed for verifying and cleaning email lists with a lawful processing basis, so legitimate messages reach real inboxes.

You must not use CatchLume to:

• Verify or clean purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists.
• Support cold email, unsolicited bulk email, or campaigns that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or similar laws.
• Send messages to non-consenting recipients where consent is required.
• Evade spam filters, rotate identities, or disguise message senders.

Users must be able to demonstrate a lawful basis and any required consent for every address processed.

3. General prohibited uses

All products prohibit unlawful activity, deception, fraud, harm, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, malware distribution, system attacks, and unauthorized reselling.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this policy, and repeated or serious abuse may be declined a refund under our Refund Policy.
